I need a reliable architect for a good reasonable price

I like to change the bathroom upstairs into a bedroom then I want to extend downstairs like 8-12metre long whatever is the limit best come and have a look or quote with knowledge/research and make the dining room wider by joining the neighbours wall as it's our home too if that's ok. Looking for quote at the moment something reasonable. Thank you
