i am a small builder, looking to design a family home for my family. looking for a traditional / american home look, on a 3000m2 block at Morayfield Qld. the block is elevated, so we need to take advantage of views and breezes. I think we need a 2 storey due to the views and the size of the build envelope. looking for 6 bedroom home and large living areas. size of home under roof, 600 - 800 m2
