I need a home desighn architect to make a house plan for a 2 floor home

Land size is length 40ft by width 60ft 2400sqft(little change will be mentioned in the end) north facing land. Need a plan where there is one 2bhk in ground floor (remaining parking and the ground floor home should be in the back) and one 2 bhk and one 3.5 bhk(this shoul be facing front) in first floor and one 2bhk in second floor(facing front). The kitchen entry,bedroom entry and toilet entry doors should not be visible from the hall . The kitchen should had service area. The balcony of the front facing houses should not be located in the bedroom they should be in the living room or dining hall. Government rule states that there should be 5 ft space in the front and 3 feet space elsewhere in the land so the effective area will be width 34ft by length 52ft which is 1768 sqft. I am attaching a sample plan to understand how i want the home to look as per my requirement(only for reference)
