Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We had a house fire in Union Pier Mi. The structural damage was minimal but the smoke damage was major. We will be rebuilding the house and I will once again be the home owner GC. For the rebuild I will be adding dormers, adding a small 2 story edition, reconfiguring rooms, and adding a HVAC system.
