- select the best perspective and photoshop it so that it looks like a picture taken



1. Include a KEY PLAN
- to show where in Sungai Besar is the site. - NTS is fine but at least A5 size and readable.

2. Include a LOCATION PLAN
- to show your site (+design) and its surroundings.
- Scale 1:2000 at A4 size minimum.

3. The SITE PLAN
- is to show your site, building, landscaping and its boundaries + parking and the road just outsite your site.
- Scale is 1: 200 (it would take up 1 A1)
- this is where you draw your roof plan.

4. The GROUND FLOOR PLAN
- should show the building and the surrounding landscape.
- scale is 1:100
- at this scale it may take 1-2 A1 board. Which you can draw it on 1 A0 if you want.

5. First Floor Plan, Second Floor Plan, Basement
- is 1:100

6. SECTIONS & ELEVATIONS
- 1: 100

7. SITE SECTION
- optional but would be a great drawing to show how your design fits to the site.
- the scale is 1:200
