I need a general contract who has done hillside construction to give me a bid on two single family homes

I'm trying to build a single-family home on a small slop in the city terrace area of Los Angeles. The plans are already approved and ready to go just to pick my general contractor to bring the shovel. YOU must have at least two completed projects that YOU or your LLC have completed as my investors will likely the projects and the numbers. They will also ask for a resume on you.
