Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
Looking to get someone to draw up something similar so we can take to a builder to get a rough building price. New space would include 160 square meters of extension which would include a double garage, storage and work room, master bedroom with ensuite and WIR powder room and open plan living dining and kitchen.
