We need to complete exterior villa with existing file -- 2

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to help me complete the exterior of my partially completed villa.
The specific work that needs to be done is architectural detailing. While I have some design guidelines, they still need further development.

At the end of the project provide us a folder including:
1)Source 2d of the last version modification in CAD
CAD with the dimension with Map / key material used
2) 3D Source Updated one with renders
