I have a piece of land by the sea.
with an area of 7m wide and 20m long (7X20 met). and can be extended to the sea.
I need an experienced architect in this field.
Homestay needs to have romantic criteria and unique criteria..
some service. bedroom, book room, cooking area, swimming pool,
Bar, coffee, fishing place.
a few bonsai (coconut...)
Can build a bridge to the sea to use fishing, eating and drinking

only 1 floor
The ground is unstable, there may be wind
