I need architectural plans to finish two rooms in my basement

I need architectural plans to get a homeowner renovation permit so I can finish two rooms in my basement. One room is laid out as a bedroom and is plumbed for a bathroom. The plans will be a bedroom, closet, and 3/4 bathroom. The second room is a large unfinished space that I would like to use as a gym. There will be two small closets and no ceiling. Otherwise, we will need lights outlets, framing and drywall. I live in Aurora Colorado in Arapahoe county. I have attached pictures of the spaces.
