I need an architectural engineer

Looking to demo existing deck and replace with new deck and enclose area underneath for storage room. Will likely pour a 4 inch concrete slab for area under the deck. The deck and room will be about 12x34. Ideally looking for someone who can do drawing, provide engineer stamp, and submit plan to Montgomery County, MD for permit
