I need an architects to design a house for a narrow lot.

I have a narrow lot in AA county that I would like to build on. Nothing extravagant just a cottage style house. the septic system has already been approved by AA County Health Dept so I need to fit a house in the box that has been approved. I have included 2 links of houses that I like - I would like the master on the main floor, 2.5 bathrooms and open floor plan for the kitchen, eating area and family/great room off my porch and deck.
