I need an architect and/or structural engineer
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are hoping to remodel the 1st/main level of our home. It is around 800 sqft and currently contains a kitchen, dining, living, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a landing/hallway going upstairs to our finished second floor.
We are hoping to have an open concept, between the living, dining and kitchen. We believe this will cause a beam to be installed. We also want to redesign the stairwell up to the second floor that is currently very steep. We are also open to adding a second bathroom and converting the 2 bedrooms into a master suite.
We have design styles of mid-century modern, bohemian, and eclectic. We are open to any ideas of how to redesign this home to better fit our needs.
