need architect for a small house

currently, i have only the measurement of the open land. i am looking to build a 3 story, 2 car park, 4 bedroom house. looking for someone who can create a floor plan as well as a 3d layout. as an Indian, i prefer the car park to be right out and a small garden at the entrance. considering that the space for the actual house will be minimal. The total plot size is 65 ft X40Ft .. please also consider the plot is in a very premium locality.
