I need an architect for project
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We would like to extend area over and behind garage turning it into an in-law suite. Area below in-law suite will be one room with bath and closet. This is basically like a separate bedroom.
In Law Suite:
Bedroom with Bath attached – BR at least (12x15),
Full Bath with walk in shower and bench.
Large window in Bedroom Back wall.
½ Bath
Windows on each wall
2- Sky Lights
Kitchenette
Secondary egress (if code requires)
Built In bookshelves
All electrical appliances
Great Lighting throughout
Bottom of Structure Closed in with large windows/ each wall, full bath, closet, lighting and large rear door.
We have the original drawings for the garage.
