I need an architect, designer or draftsman

Hey there, we are a residential renovation company working in Wellington NZ. We do a variety of projects for clients of any size from small to large. We currently engage contract design companies to complete all our design work. We want to improve how we deliver our design work, meeting expectations for our clients (mostly timeliness) is a major issue. Interested if there are designers out there who want to work with us to improve the experience. So happy to employ people, or have contractors. Open to explore opportunities.
