I need an architect

I own property in Jacksonville, that has the foundation with the water and sewer lines already in the slab. We want to build a mid century modern, 1 story, 3/3 or 3/2.1 2300-2500 square foot home with a slightly pitched roof and a 2 car garage. We already have a preliminary sketch and know what we are looking for. We are required to hire an architect for the plans to submit to the County so our GC can pull permits.
