I need an architect

Looking to build a 10 container unit motel. Containers to be used would be the 40‘ x 8‘. Approximate property dimensions 140 feet across the front 125 feet to the back and 147 feet across the back. Very slightly sloped land in Topock, Arizona (mohave county). I am looking for plans for a do it yourself type situation. Possibly would like plans for a Build as you go. For example Build Out three units, build out another three, build out the remainder. And I do believe it is 1 1/4 spaces of parking required for every door plus a handicap space
