I need an architect

Looking for designs on a 40ft x 60ft Garage first floor and a second-floor apartment. First floor needs a toilet only bathroom, 15ft ceilings and 14ft garage doors on both ends for drive through access. A post lift on one side and RV parking for the other side. Staircase may be inside or outside depending on the design. RV dumping station inside. Radiant floor heating. Designed for cold environment. Second floor design may only be 40x30 to incorporate a view of the shop. "Front" of the shop will also include a 40x20 concrete pad. The "front" will face North and the rear south. North and South are the 40ft side and East/West are the 60ft sides.
