I want to build a small, 2-storey house in the distant future. The design in question is from a YouTube but I don't believe the person who designed it is American-based because the measurements are metric. All I need is a quote for potential blueprints. In addition, an ICF blueprint maybe requested as well. I'll attach the video. Thank you.
