I have been advised that additional further redevelopment of the site is possible particularly into apartments instead of detached houses.
I have been told I can get up to 15 apartments on the site.
I am looking for a architect to do research and a feasibility study to see how likely this additional planning redevelopment is.
The successful architect may also be retained for the entire project
