I need a architect

Seeking an architect to custom design a 1000-1500 sqft Moden with slant roof home sitting on top of a 4 car garage. Garage with an 8-9' clearance entrance. Two rooms (Children room) roughly 10x12, masters apx 14x15, combined kitchen, dining, and living room with large windows (nana doors style). Windows facing the rear, the entryway should be approached where no one can see the large living room windows. Deck large enough apx 20x20 terrence style. Need all plans to be in compliance with the state of Florida in Orange County.
