I need an architect

I'm Brooks. I'm preparing to build a detached garage in Sandy Springs, GA. the obvious placement has the proposed structure over the property set back. So In order to get a variance, I need a site plan as well as blueprint of the proposed garage.

My goal is to build a 4 car garage (1,000 sqft footprint) with an office on top. I have a current survey and would need the garage to match the residences English Tudor architecture.
