About to purchase this "commercial" property.
Its an old-Church building. But we want to buy it, renovate/refurbish it, give it a complete new look. So we looking for a Property expert, who could help to assess its current state, advise on what it would cost to bring it up to a modern new building (still for Faith use purpose), and just basicly see how see how this piece of building can be transformed into something more modern.
