I need a Colombian Architect
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
So here's the situation, I've taken my family to visit my Fiancée's family in Colombia.
Her Parents built a couple of houses on their property, they contracted a building company and they got scammed - it's a mess. So while I'm here I can fix it for them (I'm a tradesman).
The only issue is understanding the construction method and knowing the availability of materials - if it was in Australia, I'd be find. My Suegro tells me that nothing is available in Colombia, but we work in different fields of work.
So I need an architect to work with me, to help me obtain building materials and equipment for the renovation and provide guidance on what works in Humid climates.
