I need a Canadian based draftsperson

We would like to build a very simple shelter to get kids and adults out of the wind and rain at our golf course . We envision a very sturdy open sided structure that is bolted to concrete pilings . No concrete pad just a simple crushed stone floor. This structure must be able to withstand year round snow loads and very high winds here in London Ontario Canada . We are unsure of the size at this time but please work with 30 feet wide X 30 feet long with an 8 foot ceiling and open roof to ground measurement of 6 - 7 feet . The gable ends will be closed in . This structure does not require plumbing, electrical, drainage , eavestrough etc. the supporting posts must also be bolted down to concrete pilings in such a way as the structure can be unbolted and moved if necessary .
