I need an Architect mechanic

I bought a land 3.500 meters (in the country-village) with an old house in the land 75 square meters, which needs full renovation (and expansion), roof tiles (after the demolition of the cement roof) , bathrooms, kitchen, living room etc, everything with green technology and design/architecture of the surrounding space. The house needs to 1) have one master bedroom with en suite bathroom with a fire place (preferably at the top floor or attic, 2) two smaller bedrooms with a common shared bathroom, 3) a fire place at the living room which must communicate with dining room and kitchen, i like wood, glass (prefer large double glass windows to have contact with the surrounding space full of trees, and an outside open fire place and a sheltered garage-storage house (where is now the 50 sq meters old barn , which needs demolition). What do you suggest? (the golden rule , Fibonacci ratio, application would be a plus ). Building expansion by 25-30 sq meters is required to cover my needs above. Electrical wiring, pluming everything will be replaced.
