I need an Architect

Looking to construct apartment units through a building conversion. I need to know what type of units for ex 1. 2, or 3 bedrooms I could construct in the given space as well as an overall design. This is an initial draft, but if all goes well may be hired permanently for project. Please see attached pic for dimension and layout.
