I need an Architect

I am in need of a basic site plan for a existing property located at 4269 W Beltline Hwy, Madison WI. The plan is just for the city and I have attached the previous site plan for the location below. The new drawing I need will look the same, but the garage needs to be labeled as "Vehicle parking." Also the main building needs to be divided into a "office" portion while the rest will be labeled as, "unleased." Needs to be stamped by a licensed architect as-well.
