To make office cum warehouse interior design Lucknow

We need to design an office cum warehouse design for our upcoming office in Lucknow. We need pictorial design which can be done by local office interior designer. The space is 39X60.5 ft. Wherein we need a cabin for 2 senior person, 8 work station, small conference room & pantry. With warehouse pallets/frames in rest of the space in order to utilise maximum floor space with an elegant office. The office has to be vastu compliant!! Appreciate if the designer can show us 3D look of office after designing. Prefer if from Lucknow not mandatory although!!
