looking for a home design - 20 L x 8 W x 8 H (in feet), that needs to be aligned along the hill, in a step formation

I am looking for a home design that is 20 L x 8 W x 8 H (in feet) and needs to be aligned along the hill, in a step formation. My preferred architectural style for the home design is modern, light and airy as I plan to build on RCC or on stilts. As far as the interior design of the home is concerned, I am open to suggestions. However, for the materials being used in the construction, I have specific preferences. Therefore, I am looking for a designer who has an eye for detail and understands my preferences to create a custom home design that combines modern features and traditional elements that is perfect for my family.
