Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am remodeling my condo bath. No structural or plumbing location changes. I took out my old one piece plastic tub shower combo to replace with a tub. There is already a plywood which is extended from the ceiling to the top of the tub shower combo. City of Kirkland denied it with their reasoning below. Is this something you could help with?
Incomplete: 1)Provide construction plans/sheets designed, stamped, and signed by an architect licensed in the State of Washington. At a minimum, the fire-rated assemblies shared with a neighboring unit/hallway and the 1-hr rated exterior wall will need to be designed by an architect and combined with the already uploaded documents.
