2D layout and design

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me create a 2D layout and design for an architectural project. Ideally, the freelancer should have a good understanding of modern architecture and design principles.
The type of design I’m looking for is architectural layout. In your application, it’s important that you include a portfolio of your past work as well as any relevant experience you may have. Most importantly, I need you to provide a detailed project proposal outlining how you would approach the task.
The required skillset for this task includes experience in graphic design, illustration, architecture, and design and development. An understanding of modern architecture is a must.
