landscape design for duplex townhome

I need a landscape design contemporary modern with grill area and backyard entertainment. The drawings must include some visual rendering so we can see the expected outcome and also include drawings so that Contractor can complete the project. This includes front, sides and backyard. I will provide photos and measurements when requested. property size is 70 x 80 roughly. there is about 20feet in the front of the building 10 feet on the sides and about 20feet at the back. These are all rough estimates.
