i am about to build my new home in gledswood hill and i am at the stage where i am looking to engaging a interior architect to come on board and do full scope of work with me including
1. Redo the Layouts
2. Section drawing for the following:
a. Windows
b. doors
c. Floors
d. Kitchen
e. Bathrooms
f. Outdoor living
g. Walk in wardrobes
3. colour quality perspectives with some photos and elevations to show the overall design of the project (include furniture).
4. Preparation and supply of all detailed plans for ceilings, lighting, woodwork, metalwork, electrical, flooring and all that is required
5. Furniture selection conducting searches and selecting the types and colours of furniture, paintings, curtains, lighting and wood finishes
6. Site visits , Visiting the site when required during execution to liaise with the builder and tradesmen ensuring accuracy and good workmanship, as well as providing advice and clarifications if needed
