indoor soccer spec

I'm working with a landlord on a build to suit project for an indoor soccer facility in Ohio. I need to build clear specs in order to be sure we will meet the requirements for occupancy. As an example I would desire to understand based on the size and space we need to understand NFPA requirements for sprinklers, smoke detectors, smoke alarms will be met with the building, exit signs, etc.
