Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for a skilled architect or designer to create a single-family home plan for a house with approximately 1,000-1,250 sq ft. The project does not require landscape design.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Experience in designing single-family homes
- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate desired features and specifications
My wife and I are looking to combine the two floor plans attached. We want a two bedroom, 2 bath, and laundry room with eat in kitchen area. Also need some storage space. This will be a second home that we will Airbnb so we would like to incorporate a storage area we could keep some personal items in and lock, small closet would be fine.
We would like to be within 1,000 - 1,250 squared feet. Plan 1 is 1,000 and plan 2 is 1,200. As far as depth based on home site in the mountains I am limited. We need to stay about 30' in depth for main home, Porch can extend, there is an elevation change, porch could be supported by post. I have space on width so it could be extended on plan 1.
