Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m looking to design a house, I need a floor plan, landscaping plan, house renders.
The house:
Two floors,
Outside area:
De-attached garage for 2 cars
Pool
Pool house
BBQ area
Gym
Ground floor should have:
- great room
- dining room
- family living area with double hight ceiling
- open style kitchen with nook integrated with the family living area.
- office/library.
- guest bathroom.
- services area (dirty kitchen, pantry).
- guest bedroom with bathroom.
First floor:
- 3 master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
- living room.
- laundry room
- storage
- access stairs to roof
Ground floor area should not exceed 35-40% of the plot size.
Plot dimensions are 29m wide (street side) and 54 m depth.
