house blue prints
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am looking for an experienced Architect or Draftsman to create blueprints for a single-family traditional-style house. The purpose of these blueprints is for construction planning.
In preparing your bid, please consider:
• You should have experience in designing single-family homes, particularly in a traditional style.
• Knowledge in construction methods and materials is crucial.
• Final deliverables should include detailed blueprints for all areas of the home, each providing specific instructions for construction.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations will be beneficial.
I have a floor plan that i found on a website that I would like to use as a base guide. There are a number of things I would like to change about it or would like to create something from scratch that is similar to it.
Below is the link to the floor plan that I would like to make changes to. I am thinking about adding on to the back of the house for a laundry and half bath/mud room. I would also like to flip the master closet and bath and make deeper so just take from the master to make the bath and closet 8 ft deep. Would also like to make the roof line of the back of the house the same as the front. If there was a way to be able to build it with the down stairs having 9 ft high ceilings and still be able to fit stairs that would be nice but i dont think that will work.
