hotel renovation

hello

this is an existing three star hotel built in the 90’s and now i need to do a full renovation of the bulding
* interior
* exterior
* cladding
* rooms and restaurant
* reception
* electrical, plumbing, and making the bulding should be smart bulding


important information
-i need to add two more floors
-i need restaurant at the rooftop
- spa if possible

i need the hotel to be more like a big old house and has been converted to a hotel

i want the cladding design as attached but in “baghdad shanashel style “ wooden finish for the balconies of the hotel

i want it to be mixed between classic exterior with modern interior but should be related

drawing of the bulding will be attached with the sample cladding of the bulding
