Am hoping for a single storey rear extension to my 3 bed semi - detached property. The extension size will be 3m by 8m. Standard brick/ cavity construction with a flat roof. The property is based in Watford.

I believe the extension can be built under the permitted development rule and am looking to start the project very soon.
