I have a land with a total area of 981m2 ( see attachment and land number is 389) on three roads one main ant two (lift and back sides) branch or access road.

I would like to build a house without utilizing whole area. The remaining area will be used for future expansions to build kids apartment or duplex on it with following facilities:

Ground floor:
One master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom
Family setting area
Main kitchen open to family area
Dirty kitchen
Laundry room
Private Swimming pool and garden
Garage for two cars and the access is from the back road

1st floor
Three or four master bedrooms with or without balcony
Setting area

2nd floor
Maid room
Heater and utility room
While the rest will be like a roof garden and barbecue

The main access is on the main road, garage from the back and garbege collection from back too.
