home design

I need a home design architect to create a set of building plans that I can utilize to obtain building permits, and complete the construction. I am looking at a couple possible build sites, and a set of plans to work from will assist in making the final decision. The home I am looking to build would, I believe be described as "Modern". I like the flat roof designs, as well open areas. It will be located in an area with lots of open space between neighbors. 2-3 actes minimum. Will most likely be a hillside lot requiring a bit of lot leveling etc. i am looking for a 2-3 bedroom, 2 bath, single level home with the core centered around an open area with an island kitchen/dining/living room area with large windows highlighting the views. I would like the bedrooms on opposite sides of the living room. I would like a low deck area in back that is accessable from the central area and either bedroom. I do not want a garage but will eventually include a small covered and gated area for parking a couple personal vehicles on one end of the house. The main entrance to the home is opposite the deck. Hope this makes sense. And I would like the house to blend in as much as possible.
