home blueprint

I am looking for someone to help me develop a blueprint for a large traditional home of at least 3000 sq ft. I have a clear vision of the type of home I am looking to build and have some specific requirements for the design that must be met. For example, I would like to have a kitchen large enough to cook for 10 residents with an attached dining room/ living area spacious enough to seat 10 residents. The home must also include at least 10 bedrooms, at least 4 bathrooms (5 would be ideal) and a laundry room. It would be great if the designer could incorporate some of my ideas and provide advice for the overall design, but the important thing is that it meets my specific requirements.
