1917 story and half home with major remodel including roof line changes, interior walls moved, addition of master bath and upstairs laundry. Downstairs involves creating kitchen/eating area from prior kitchen/butler's pantry/dining room. Reconsidering back and side entry. Creating a more functional downstairs 1/2 bath. Possible
