I need to find a structural engineer to work on an ICF build, providing structural calcs and details suitable for submission to building control in conjunction with my building regs drawings for the whole structure. I have attached the clients sketchup file and soil analysis of the site. Initially we are only working on the smaller annexe building, but will move onto the larger house once it is complete.
