i have 40' x 8' high cube container home building plans.
I need to build in Colleton County South Carolina
I need to get them stamped/sealed so they pass the attached requirements. I will attach plans in the chat.
This will require the plan to be up to Ref: Standard for Residential Construction in High-Wind Regions ICC 600-2008
and
have wind and seismic requirements as per the flyer attached.
