18x24 garage

I'm looking to build an 18x24 traditional style garage for vehicle storage. I do not need it to be heated and I don't need it to be multi-functional or contemporary. The primary purpose for this garage is to store my vehicle. gable roof 12" over hang 36x36 window and 36" man door on the left side
