floorplan in dwg/pdf and two renovation proposals
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with my project to create a floorplan in PDF format and provide two renovation proposals.
Floorplan Format: The floorplan is currently in PDF format with measurements takeout, and I would like it to be converted into a DWG/PDF file for easier editing in the future.
Renovation Proposal Level of Detail: I am expecting a basic outline for the renovation proposals. I want to get a clear idea of the changes that can be made to the space without going into too much detail at this stage.
I would like to ask you to create a couple of renovation proposals, I would like to split the apartment into:
• One two-bedroom apartment (possibly two bathrooms, one with a window, the other can be without window). With one storage/laundry room. The living room and the kitchen can be merged.
• One smaller single-bedroom apartment (with one bathroom and one storage/laundry room) also here kitchen and living room can be merged.
I noted down where the sewage points are at the moment, so I can create bathrooms anywhere in the apartment, but the further they are, the more costly it will become, because I will have to raise the floor to allow for the sewage pipe to have enough slope.
I also noted the load-bearing wall in green, we can open openings in it (and sometimes it will be necessary), but the least the openings, the better. In the renovation proposal, please note down the main measurements of each room as well as the net surface (without walls), of each room.
Also please note separately for each renovation proposal how many linear meters of walls will have to be destroyed and how many linear meters of wall will need to be built
