Custom Residential Floor Plan Design Needed
For a shipping container home
I am seeking a skilled designer to create a custom floor plan for my small residential property. The purpose of this floor plan is to ensure that my space is utilized effectively and efficiently, while also reflecting my personal style preferences.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing custom floor plans for residential properties
- Knowledge of modern and traditional design styles, as well as ability to create a unique custom style
- Ability to work within the constraints of a small space (1-2 bedrooms)
- Excellent communication skills to ensure that my requirements and preferences are understood and incorporated into the design
What I require are 3 to 4 different floor plan options. I don't need dimensions. I just need to show what different layouts can be made. The one attached is a current model. The others are just options of what i would like re-drawn. All i need are a few different layout options to suit a 40ft container home just to use as examples.
